Following a review of our internal operating practices, we are writing to you to advise of a number of key changes, which become effective today, Monday 22nd August 2016.
These changes have been put in place to further improve customer communication / response times, upgrade to the latest hosting technologies and ensure our costs are structured more efficiently, to continue providing exceptional value for money for our clients.

New Business Bank Account
Please note that with immediate effect, our Business Bank Account details have changed. Our new details will be provided in a separate email to all customers as well as being detailed on all invoices.
Payment By Cheque
Please also note that due to increasing bank charges, with immediate effect we will no longer accept payments by cheque.
All invoice payments should be made by BACS / electronic bank transfer to the new account details above.
We can also take payment through digital banking to our mobile phone number using the PAYM facility.
Payment may also be made in person with cash.
UK Hosting Services
Over the last 12 months or so, we have seen a decline in the service performance of our current hosting provider – in terms of reliability and customer service, as well as limited investment in new hosting technologies.
We have therefore agreed a new hosting service contract with a different UK based provider, one that provides far superior hosting technology utilising 100% SSD Drives and offers a more personal and responsive level of customer service. We will be gradually transitioning all our clients to this new hosting platform over the coming months.
There will be NO increase in hosting costs for our currently hosted websites.
New websites hosted with our standard fully managed hosting services will be charged at £120.00 per annum effective immediately.
